From deposit to move-in day, the typical timeline is 30 to 60 days for our standard models. Customizations may extend the timeline slightly. Because manufacturing happens off-site while site prep occurs, the process is 2-3x faster than traditional home building.
Absolutely. All our homes use specialized closed-cell spray foam insulation creating a high-R value thermal envelope that exceeds code requirements. They utilize efficient mini-split heat pumps that operate flawlessly down to -25°C.
Our units can be placed on helical piles (screw piles) or traditional concrete piers. Helical piles are extremely fast, affordable, and have minimal environmental impact, making them our preferred choice for most backyard installations.
Yes. We’ve partnered with preferred lenders to offer ADU financing, construction loans, and standard mortgages. Many homeowners also use HELOCs (Home Equity Lines of Credit) to finance their container home, letting the rental income cover the payments.
